A loss at last, but unfortunately it is down to being unwell. I have had Covid since Friday and it has totally wiped me out. Just mainly sleeping and resting at the moment. I need to get well enough for Friday as it's my Dad's funeral.

I am not surprised that I gained since I weighed in last. I have been spending a lot of time at my parents house where it isn't easy to track what I am eating. Also I have been exercising less. It has been a difficult time, my dad passed away on 1st September due to an aggressive cancerous brain tumor. It was hard at the end watching him suffer, so I tend to eat too much. Just the funeral on Friday then hopefully I can get back on track.
On the positive side I have now been able to book a much needed holiday. I am going alone but it is an activity holiday and I am really looking forward to it.

It's going the right way, but very slow progress. I keep self sabotaging and I am trying hard not to. I am aware of what I do and the triggers so I am working hard on replacing my unhelpful habits with more helpful ones. Mindset and awareness is key to progress. Slow progress is good sustainable progress.
