I am trying to stick to my protocol a bit better, and it does seem to be paying off. I will take that as an incentive to stick to it continually 😀

Well that loss is a nice surprise. I have not been sticking to my protocol very well since I got back from my holiday. I am aware that I am overeating/grazing when I shouldn't.
I am going to stick with the plan now so I can be healthier and fitter 🤗💪

I am just back from a really fantastic holiday in Greece with amazing food. Of course I wanted to try everything and probably ate enough calories for a whole month in a week 😂. It was my holiday, the gain is no surprise and I will be good now I am back home. I didn't want to come home, I loved it 😂
