I'm 33 years old. Have 3 kids (ages 2, 11 and 15). I'm a full time Administrative Assistant for a Financial Institution - so the stress comes and goes.
I've been overweight most of my life from the time I hit puberty (when I stopped growing UP and started growing OUT). I have "dieted" on and off many times over the years, losing weight quickly then putting it all back on and then some more.
This time around, I want to be more realistic - still eat the foods I love but in smaller quantities and with more healthier options. I want to lose my weight slowly while training my body to love moving!
I've recently re-joined a gym and am starting to love my 2.5 hour escapes from home/work/life to just focus on me - I'll plug in my headphones and go full boar.
My boyfriend is sweet and thinks I'm gorgeous the way I am, but also supports my weight loss goals.
