I could not help it today I got on the scale and I kind of new how much I should have lost based on the number of calories I have been eating and the number of calories I have been burning and I have to say....It is right on....Bob harper is totally on his game. It is all about the calories! I will see how it works out over the weekend! Monday is my first weight in!

I feel good. Have not stepped on the scale yet...Waiting for Monday! I'm afraid it will discourage me. I have been steady on exercise even if I really don't like doing it and if I step on the scale and it doesn't look good....I don't know. I also feel I have been doing well with my food too. My left foot is hurting a little not sure why...I walk/run as long as I can until it starts really bothering me...then I switch to the stair climber...that doesn't make it hurt so much and the stationary bike. I hope it goes away soon!

Yesterday the gym sucked...I didn't want to go, but I did and My foot was hurting so I didn't run ad long as I wanted. I biked the rest of the time. I think I am doing pretty good with my food and calories. My Husband loves to critize and think he is helping, but he is not....He only makes me mad! I just wish he would do this with me, instead of telling me I'm doing it all wrong. He is not one to talk. All he does is stop eating and he thinks that is how you loose weight. I can't stand it! Til tomorrow!

This is my first day using fat secret and I love it....It is so easy to use. I went to the gym today and walk/ran for 1 hour and 15 10 minutes. It was hard and it didn't feel good at all, but I did it. I need to get healthy and loose weight. It makes me happy when I look and feel good. I'm still reading Bob's book and I love it. I joined his mytrainerbob.com and it is so hard to use. I will keep it updated, but I like this site so much better! I did well today with food and I am happy that I have started to move towards my goal of 135lbs by my 34th birthday!
