Yesterday, I was just hungry! Don't know why. I ate more than I intended to, but was able to control it somewhat. I wished I would have had more fruit in the house that would have made it so much easier. My daughter was eating Doritos and I just couldn't help myself and I had to have some. I didn't lose any weight today...but I didn't gain anything back...so I happy I got right back on track today! Need to find a new challenge to help me keep motivated!

Last week I did the challenge: Seven Days Whatever It Takes, and it helped me stay focused. I slipped one day, My sons Basketball Tournament...wasn't prepared. But really fought to get back. It was hard work! Just stay on track..the one day I didn't do so good it showed big time.....I did exercise to counter some of it...but I still gained a pound back and then had to work hard to take it off. Why put yourself through it! Stay FOCUSED!

I have never felt more out of shape than I did last night. My husband weight 8 or 7 lbs less than I and He was running like a champ...leaving me behind. I was running like a turtle and could running for more and a minute or two and then had to stop and recover and then 3 minutes later run again. I have to continue trying to run until I can run for five minute and walk for two. That is my next level goal!

I'm scared to death to get on the scale and see no results and it is just great that I'm seeing a change....EVERYDAY! Making Good Choices is really paying off and I'm just going to have to keep up the good work!
