Somehow, lost 3 days of tracking? Time warp maybe. Now I get it; just didn't do it! And I think I'm disciplined. Yeah, right. Eating out 3 nights in a row - hard row to hoe. Hanging in there tho.

A do nothing but make lentil soup day. Managed to rouse myself to get to the gym for once. Good sweaty workout! Maybe, just maybe, I'm getting back on track!

A run-around kind of day. Busy, busy but not a lot of calorie burning! Went to YouFit Gym but only to reactivate our membership. Will look forward to getting back in that routine! But heading out dancing tonight after Happy Hour. Am cutting all wine with club soda so instead of one 5 oz glass, I get two 2.5 + soda glasses. It really doesn't taste much different - fooling myself, yes. But it makes the pleasure go a little further.

Down a wee bit. Rededicated altho now in an area of more drink, food than usual. Will have to be more disciplined a la JP.
