Calculations are that I have lost 33Lbs (roughly) in 104 days (since July 25th). This averages to about 9.5lbs a month. Not too shabby! So far the journey has been pleasant. Some weeks are better than others, but I’m consistently losing. I have yet to incorporate exercise into my routine. It’s important and I’m definitely going to, I just need to figure out a schedule and routine that works for me. I haven’t really been logging the vegetables I eat, but overall I have a general idea on my calories and I feel pretty good about my eating habits. Lately I’ve been “splurging” on (stevia sweetened + homemade) whipped cream, shredded coconut, and Lily’s chocolate. It’s delicious and fits within my macros so I’ll keep it for now. I have noticed that any time I have a Pepsi Zero Cream Soda (or any diet soda for that matter) I end up craving sweets. So I need to avoid that trigger. Overall, feeling pretty good 😊.
