I want to start Weight Watchers Diet. Where can i get the info on the list/quantity of the foods that could be consumed under this diet. Is it like a plan i need to purchase ? I couldn't get the diet details in fatsecret.

Hi All,
I want to know if drinking hot water would help in weightloss .Few of my friends told that they lost considerable amount of weight post drinking hot water frequently .
Please provide your suggestions.Is there any other methods of losing weight by drinking water.
