Hi everybody, I am new to this but I guess I have been trying to loose weight on my own for so long without success that I decided that is time I look for help..
My name is Sara I am 34 years old married without children. My husband and I run a web designing business from home and at present live in Spain.
Over the last 10 years together we have relocated several times to different countries and I guess that is also a reason I never managed to follow a routine.
For the last month I have being following a diet plan designed by a dietician (standard Mediterranean diet) but now I am getting a bit bored of it and i am looking to get new food recipes ideas.
I like walking and cycling, I try to do some exercise at least 2/3 times a week but I should do it more often.
I now weigh 58kg, and my goal weight is 51kg. I am 160cm.
