I make salmon patties with egg and just enough bread crumbs to help hold the patties together. I love them but I've never tried to make them with Tuna fish.

You need to drain the tuna to the driest possible. Seriously every last drop. Blend the eggs in a separate bowl first or these will just be scrambled tuna eggs. Mix extremely well all with tuna when done. Every piece of tuna needs coated in egg. I think 1 egg is a little bit too much. Add serrucho sauce on top for total deliciousness!

They are very very good. I didn't have any onion so I used diced celery. Fabulous!

I added a bit of ground oats as a binder, otherwise they would have fell apart too easily. I also added lemon pepper to the mix. Plain greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice, hot sauce, and chives makes a nice light topping for these.

Great Taste, I added about 20grams of oat to it, which makes it a bit more structured! Great receipe!

These were simply delicious. I didn't have much time to cook dinner tonight so the short prep and cook time made it even better. I served it with steamed broccoli. Thanks for sharing

I literally just got done eating it. Delicious and super simple. They're good but this is one of those recipes you can add stuff to to make it your own. But this is now a favorite of mine
