Have nt wlked x2.5 mths ack!!!!!! I know, time to put myself back in place and work it out. Though my weight is not 'bad', per say, but i feel sluggish, sleep isleep is good +or- (schedule), but my body looks diff, stoach showing, clothes fit diff.
