Flatbread for dinner ☆ Spinach & Artichoke ▪︎ Pepperoni & Mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, sweet mini peppers & green onion added ☆ Hubby cooked them on the grill

My weekend ended up being 2 mostly rest days. I did water plants & got some housework done....laundered dog beds & clothes, cleaned the master bath. I spent the majority of both days reading Saturday outside on the patio, Sunday still surrounded by trees but in the air-conditioned sun room.
Yesterday we were back to the Gym.
It had rained during the night when I woke up yesterday. We have had no rain & it's been very hot for days. We finally got the new grass patch totally covered with grow mat Sunday. Hubby has set up a sprinkler to water twice a day....now we wait for the seeds to germinate. I've been giving the surrounding plants that also get watered a refresher spritz of deer repellant each night. I tempted fate yesterday. I was planning to spray all the gardens after the rain, but it got late & dark & I skipped it. 😐 Thankfully, so did the deer. I have only seen them slinking thru the woods recently. I know one doe has a baby. If they've been around in the dark, the repellant is doing it's job & making my plants unappealing.
Wednesday night is Book Club, so today I have to go out & buy stuff to make a dish to take. The hosts are serving Pork Tenderloin. I decided to make my Pasta Salad with veggies & vinaigrette.
My body clock seems to have adjusted itself. I've slept late for the 2nd time this morning. I set my alarm yesterday to wake up. I might have to do that more cause I liked waking up earlier, but without an alarm.
Time to get my day started....
