Banana Question
Yep, the best diets are the ones where we work out how to eat our own personal favorite foods in a nutritious and healthy program.

Banana Question
Nutrition is nutrition, but for type 2 diabetes it's wise not to eat very much of foods that are highly glycemic, white rice, bananas, candy, pastries etc. A sudden rise in blood sugar followed by the inevitable low causes intense hunger. Broccoli has more potassium than bananas or oranges, if that's what you need. As for other qualities, everyone should be allowed to make health decisions that suit his or her circumstances.

using the fat secret food diary
It's a great convenience but i don't know to remove an item that is incorrectly stated. I ate 2.5 pieces of pizza and accidentally got 2.5 whole, small pizzas! Not very helpful, and I can't remove it.
