Okay....today is the day. I am soooo upset with myself. But..no regrets just correction. My coworkers are off for the summer and I publicly vowed that they would be questioning my health come September cause I will have lost weight and now look fabulous sooo....I will put the salad where my mouth is.

Boy oh boy did I fall off my wagon (or high horse!). I went out with a girl friend on Friday night and managed to mess up Fri and Sat!! Sunday wasn't bad but haven't logged my calories and boy does it ever get away from you when your not tracking them. But, today is a new day..back at it!!

Wow..yesterday was hard to journal. I went out to a staff lunch at a Sushi place. I ordered Enamani (sp?) beans and a Pacific Roll. Basically a california roll with raw salmon. It was yummy. I think I made good choices. This was at @ 12:30. I donated blood at 5 pm and had 2 cookies and juice cause they made me :) Then I had a meeting at which I felt a little light headed so ordered a herb tea and their sugar free, gluten free snack bar. It was very yummy and I felt very healthy! Not sure how many calories I would claim?? Any hoo....it filled me right up. then I went grocery shopping. I simply forgot about eating and before you know it it was 9pm and I was finally heading home. Funny though I wasn't hunger but figured I should eat something. I ordered a dry blueberry bagel with honey and a herb tea at Tim Horton's. Ate 1/2 the bagel and drank all me tea. I try to never not eat regular meals but yesterday was weird. I think that I still did okay as far as calories, probably too high on the carbs and definately not enough veg,fruit and proteins!! I will try better today.
Saying all that this morning was weigh in and I am down again!! I like weighing in on Friday. It keeps me motivated to make good choices over the weekend.
