Hi everyone. I am a software tester from Virginia. I am married to my wonderful husband Matthew and have a German Shepherd named Chaca. I am a former marine serving 10 years. I got out two years ago and since I have put on about 30 pounds. Ugh ): Anyways now I have made it a point to do something about it.

hi everyone im new
Hey, I just started over again and I have found it hard to stay on a diet as well. I am a very picky eater so just some salad won't do. I am following "The Skinny Rules" by Bob Harper. If you do even just some of these rules you should lose weight.

Rule 1: Drink a Large Glass of Water Before Every meal - No Excuses!
Rule 2: Don't Drink your calories.
Rule 3: Eat Frotein at every meal - or Stay Hungry and Grouchy.
Rule 4: Slash Your Intake of Refined Flours and Grains.
Rule 5: Eat 30 to 50 Grams of Fiber a Day.
Rule 6: Eat Apples and Berries Every Single Day. Every. Single. Day.
Rule 7: No Carbs After Lunch
Rule 8: Learn to Read Food Labels So You Know What You Are Eating.
Rule 9: Stop Guessing About Portion Size and Ger It Right- For Good.
Rule 10: No More Added Sweeterners, Including Artificial Ones.
Rule 11: Get Rid of Those White Potatoes
Rule 12: Make One Day a Week Meatless
Rule 13: Get Rid of Fast Food and Fried Foods
Rule 14: Eat a Real Breakfast
Rule 15: Make Your Own Food and Eat at Least Ten Meals a Week at Home
Rule 16: Banish High-Salt Foods
Rule 17: Eat Your Vegetables - Just Do It!
Rule 18: Go to Bed Hungry
Rule 19: Sleep Right
Rule 20: Plan One Splurge Meal a Week

Morning Workouts
I have the same problem. The snooze button is my worst enemy. I am trying to go to bed early though.

Low sex drive, is this due to PCOS?
I don't know anything about PCOS but I know that me and my husband just got married about the same time you did and my sex drive has plummeted since I have gained 30 pounds. For some reason I just don't want to do it as much since I gave been putting the weight on. I have told my husband that I just feel fat sometimes and he understands. I have felt better about my body since I have been working out and my drive has improved slightly. I say give yourself a little time. As the weight starts coming off you feel better about your fitness level your drive will improve.
