FS charting your daily calories works!!
It’s been 5 months since I started, and yes the regular weight plateau’s got very frustrating. I’ve given up alcohol, crackers, bread, rice & pasta. Once I reach my goal, I look forward to adding a little of those foods back in. I’ll follow the 80/20 rule. Probably just relax my diet a bit on weekends.

I had my first 2100 cal day since starting FS 3/1/24. My daily goal has been 1600.
I enjoyed 1 day of partaking in the holiday snacks. Yummy 😋
