Weighed myself this AM was surprised to see a gain of almost 6 lbs since last Friday. Not quite sure how that happened, especially since I was below my RDA all weekend & yesterday. I do feel a little bloated. Might need more fiber in the diet! We'll see where I'm at on Thursday.

Ok so I recorded a weight drop. I usually round up to the nearest pound but I've been hovering @ 206 for almost 3 weeks. I've actually been weighing in below 206 for a couple weeks but I rounded up. I haven't worked out as much lately due to work, family stuff, etc. Not an excuse but a reason!

Weighed in @ 205.8 again today. Not going to record my coconut oil intake for a week or so. I throws my total calories & fat intake out of whack, even though I'm aware of the 120 calories per tblspn, and the fat calories. It's good fat & I really want to record the bad fats. So for now, there will be anywhere from 250 to 500 calories a day through coconut oil.

Well after a weekend of camping, surfing, & over indulgences I'm happy to say I'm weighing in still @ 206. Sunday when I got home from my trip I was 212. Yesterday morning I weighed in at 205.8. I'm satisfied with that. Back in the saddle now & shooting for a drop next week when I weigh in.

Had two dinner engagements this weekend that kind of put me over the top, but maintained weight since last weigh in. Camping this weekend so we'll see how it goes. Still taking 2 tblspns of coconut oil every morning with breakfast.
