Did pretty well through Thanksgiving weekend. I swam a total of 3 1/2 miles plus surfed twice. I came out the weekend gaining only a pound. not bad considering all the food we had including two thanks giving dinners, and one of those being Italian with lots of cheese & meatballs last night!
For the 4 day weekend I ingested 6,600 calories & burned 13,000.

My Calories will be high today but that's because its mostly fruit calories. I picked fresh guavas & persimmons today and ate alot while picking. I feel awesome right now though. So full of energy. Everyday I eat at least 1000 calories worth of fruit anyway, so today's 2000 of fruit doesn't bother me. I'll burn that off swimming tonight. Might even set a personal best time of swimming a mile. Currently its 34 minutes. I'll report back on Monday how I did.

This is my birthday week so a little gluttony was had. But still continued to workout both weights and mile swims.

Swimming a mile again 3 days a week. Swim M,W,F, & do weighted exercises T, & Th. Sat & sun surfing.
Also doing lots of fruit. At least 6 bananas, & some other fruit mixed in with my breakfast smoothie. Gives me great energy!
