So now that I'm back to FS after about a two year hiatus, I've noticed some differences. It used to be your food diary could be set up with breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, etc. I really liked that. Now its 3 seperate meals and all your snacks combined. Seems like to track your input more closely it would be nice to look at what you ate and & when during the day you ate it. Anyone else agree? Unless that option is still available & I cant find it.

Starting again with Fat Secret. Been using Myfitnesspal which is a way more user friendly app on the phone for quick input, but I like FatSecret. Goal is 25 lbs.

Was 250# when I joined Fatsecret. I'm happy now at 200#. Thanks for the help Fatsecret! Later
