Well I didn't lose any weight this past week, but that's okay because I ate like a little pig this past thursday and didn't get in much exercise, but at least there was no gain...right? I did get into the gym today and added weight lifting to my cardio...so lets see what next week brings.

5 pounds down!!!!!
My goal for this past week was 3 lbs and I past that by 2! I also said I'd do 10 miles, but I only got in 9. Now here is my fatsecret...get 7 dogs!
We had 5 and now we have taken in 2 sister Pekeapoo's from our local shelter. Yes, we've lost our minds, but along with some good weight loss!
The encouragement I've recieved from this site is beyond anything I'd hoped for...so thank you all. And to a couple of people I've missed sending a responce e-mail back to...I'm sorry and I hope you understand...potty training is a Horror.
190 here I come!

The pounds are slowly dropping.I'm down two more this week, but for some reason I've lost focus with exercise. So this is my goal for the week...10 miles or more...any way I can get it in. In the gym or walking the streets (well, you know what I mean)I'm going for a big loss next week....194 come on down!!!

Well, well, I lost only a pound this past week. But hay that's better than adding a pound or two...right?
Phase 1 really showed me alot about bad carbs and I think I need relive that Phase,but every time I think about it I'm haunted by bad dreams of pasta, bread, and sugar with picket signs and they keep shouting "HELL NO WE WON'T GO!"
But it's really nice to see 199 no matter how you look at it.
Again thanks to all my buddies for the encouragement and friendship...you are what keeps my ship afloat.

HELLO 200 LBS!!!! 3 LBS LOST THIS PAST WEEK AND THAT WAS WITH THE ATTACK OF THE PASTA MONSTER!!! TODAY I REJOICE!!
AND DANCE A JIG!!! THANKS TO ALL MY BUDDIES AND ANYONE ELSE WHO'S BEEN HERE FOR ME. I'VE MOVED MY GOAL WEIGHT TO 190!
NOW IF I COULD JUST GET THINGS TO GO THIS GOOD AT WORK!!!
