WELL I'M BACK AND IN THE PAST YEAR AND TWO MONTHS I'VE GAINED ALL MY WEIGHT BACK PLUS SOME AND I FELL REALLY BAD ABOUT IT ALL AND MYSELF. SO, HERE I AM AGAIN.
MY DR. IS HOUNDING ME AND I JUST WON'T LISTEN??? A FRIEND SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO HIT BOTTOM SOMETIMES TO START CLIMBING BACK UP...TODAY IS STEP ONE ON MY WAY BACK UP.

HELP!! I missed last weeks weigh in because I had gained a little and I thought I could get the problem fixed by this week, but as you see I didn't!? This happends every time I start lifting weights...Any ideas would be VERY HELPFUL !!!!!!

Another pound lost!! It's not dropping like leaves in the fall, but it's dropping.
I changed my image so everyone can see the new addition to the family. This is Ginger(on the left) and Mary~Ann.We rescued them from the shelter.

HOW COOL!!!
WE CAN CHANGE OUR GOAL WEIGHT!!!! THANK YOU FATSECRET!! MY NEW POSTED GOAL WEIGHT IS 185! What does everybody thinks about the new feature?

I just wanted to let everybody know that I've hit the gym the last three days doing my new weight lifting workout...and I love it.(I can't believe I just said that???)
But I hurt in places that I didn't know could hurt. I have cut back on my cardio to a 5 min. warm up before and a 15 min. mile after lifting...this is just till I get the hang of lifting.
I broke down and did my measurements today, and i just can't believe it. My waist is down to
38 and a half!!!
I started off with a 43 incher...
I so did the HAPPY DANCE...hell, I'm still doing the HAPPY DANCE!!!
