New watch is here. Charged and wearing it. It feels so much lighter. :( I'm not used to that. I hope I find my other one soon.
Fasting again. Day 1 and a little hungry. GKI is 2.3. Not too bad. I hope it goes lower throughout the week but it's a start. Friday will be re-feed day and Saturday is the boy's birthday and my treat day. I haven't had KFC in forever and he wants that for lunch and Outback for dinner. Outback is his birthday pick and also is celebrating hubby's and I 24th anniversary. This year has been crazy so far and I didn't want to go out twice in the same month for dinner, so combo time.
Jamie finally started driving lessons with a real teacher. Hubby has been taking him out to learn but it's time to buckle down and actually for him to get his license before he leaves for bootcamp. He had 1 the other day and has 5 more left. Thank goodness.
I'm a little tired and cranky today but otherwise all is good and not much going on. Hopefully weigh in tomorrow will be good.

Ate today, tomorrow is starting a fast until Friday morning. :) Worked out today but does it really count if you're not wearing a fitness tracker? I ordered a replacement until I can find my other one. It may not be as good but the price was right.
Not much going on today, started my aerogarden back up today. (One of them anyway) 7 of my 8 green bean plants have poked out of the ground. So 7 out of 8 seeds sprouted. Not too shabby.

Broke my fast at 138 hours. I started to feel light headed and decided to eat. I ate some TJ's sauerkraut, waited a bit and then ate dinner that I prepared for the hubby and son. I purposely made extra for freezer meals so I had some keto friendly chicken cacciatore. I'm probably going to fry some bay scallops up later in some garlic for a snack. My light headedness is gone and I finally have some energy today. We skipped the gym, James had a driving lesson (YAY!) and I didn't feel like going late. It would not have been a good idea to go today.
My Gear S3 went wonky last night and I think it's toast. I want to cry. Hubby won it for me 2 1/2 years ago and I can't justify buying another. I do have one I got for my mom (used and was fairly cheap) but I can't find it. Hopefully I can and soon. I feel naked without my watch. It's the frontier S3 so basically the same but slightly upgraded. It was the cheapest one I could find for my mom at the time (I think about 80 dollars) but it didn't even work with her phone even though it said it would. I made sure it worked and threw it to the side figuring to upgrade her phone but she got cancer and we decided not too. I had thought about selling it but I'm glad I didn't now.
Oh well, I'll fast again next week. I'll break it on Friday and on Saturday it will be a treat day. We are going out to eat to celebrate the boy's birthday and our 24th anniversary. I do plan to off the woe food for the day and then back to fasting/normal woe the next.

Almost 115 hours fasted. Today was the day I was supposed to give up the coffee and bone broth. That didn't fly with my body. I took a 2 hour nap 2 hours after waking up. I hit the wall quickly at the gym today, 20 minutes and done on the treadmill. As soon as we got home I had some coffee and I perked right up. Dinner time I cooked for hubby and son and sipped my bone broth. I feel fine now, just a tiny bit tired. Still a little crampy but that's normal for today. So coffee and bone broth will stay in for another day or 2 and then I'll try again.
NSV - my AEO shorts size 18 fit me! I can wear them in public and not worry about them showing more than I want to. They are the stretch ones because I like those. They tend to be more comfy for me than the other ones.

84 hours fasted so far. I feel ugh today. Not because of fasting though, just bloated and yucky today. I weighed myself this morning but I'm not entering it until Monday. That's my official weigh in day but so far I lost 2.6 lbs since Monday. I'll go to the gym later today even though I don't want to. Hubby doesn't have a membership and the boy needs his workout coach. Plus hubby now works out and is losing weight himself! Jamie can't take in guests but I can. He leaves in 6 weeks and still needs quite a bit of training to help get him ready. He can pass the test now but the better he does will only help him. Training now will help him not be so exhausted at the end of the day there. I'm proud of him. When he started out he was 225lbs and had a big pot belly. He is now 145lbs and not much of a belly. He actually dropped to 135 but thankfully he put a few pounds back on. He was in danger of being too skinny to join. I need to go and have my cup of plain coffee and wake up a little more. I'm still following Dr. Fung's book for fasting liquids.
