While I lost some weight trying to operate on a calorie deficit, my milk supply has dropped so low that I’m barely producing any breastmilk at this point. I think I may put my weight loss on hold, as it seems that my son has taken interest in nursing more frequently than eating from his bottle the past week or so and I want to be sure he is getting some milk

I had nearly 1900 calories yesterday, but also worked 11 hours. I maintained my weight at 142 even though I almost had more than my caloric intake allowance. It’s the weekend now though so I might gain it all back
