I must admit, I've lost my passion/ motivation to work out. I could list all the excuses I tell myself but it really just boils down to I'm in lazy mode. Lazy mode is get from my Moms side of the family. No one works out, everyone eats fast food and no one cares about getting fat (well fatter) I've always been like my fathers side of the family. Everyone goes to the gym, eats right and loves outdoor activity. Our family reunions on my Fathers side are always athletic centered (basketball, volleyball or football challenges)
Easy to say I am in lazy mode. This happens to me usually around this time of year. Summer just ended and all i want to do is eat chowders and chili while I curl up with my TV. Keeping up with this FS site i hope it helps me realize just because its Fall/Winter that doesn't mean all the work i put into my body this summer should go down hill. Today, I will go to the gym. today, I WILL WIN!!!

Started with LA Fitness gym on Monday July 14th. I have worked out the past two days each day I have challenged myself to run 5k. My challenge is to run 5k everyday for the next 2 weeks. I weighed myself Sunday morning and I was 130 now as of this morning at 5:35 am I am 123 lbs. I know its not much but its a start!
