Smart for Life?
I have done it before. The foods get old after eating it for months. It's a good starter for you though. Once you are sick of the foods, try incorporating "real" balanced meals. Its a lifestyle change.

Missy, you talk about how you need motivation and encouragement. Do this for yourself. Find the motivation and encouragement within yourself. Take responsibility for what foods and how much you put in your body. Only YOU can do this. This site is a great site to inspire others, read some more posts.

My journey starts here
My journey also starts here. I believe this is gonna work, and am excited about it. I am taking responsibility for my food choices. I joined on 7-1-11 so far I'm very happy with this site. I love to read the forums, and get tips.
