Bismillah.Mulai lagi dari Day 1 GGL low impct krn udah 3 bulan ngga intens gerak olahraganya hy jalan kaki sminggu skali 😱.Awalnya gara2 sibuk packing2 jd mnjdi kan alasanku ngga olahraga,lalu stlah udah stay pindah&beberes dirmh baru jd alasan baru lagi

3 bulan ngga atur makan, bahagia sih isa makan enak,tp mngsedih krn naik sgini ..brrti 1 bulan naik 1 kg 😜..Ayoo semangaaat lagii 2022 kudu brubah angkanya kd kpala 5..59 lah boleh palagi 55kg 😄

LI day ke 20 putran ke 2 (GGL) lowerbody
MasyaAllah ini bener2 berat banget pas lunges ,paha kanan kiri brasa panas,lalu pas bridges aq tambahin beban 5kilo di perut juga brasa banged di paha blakang sampe otot p*nt*t 🤣💪🏻
