About a month ago, an acquaintance invited me to return to couch surfing by "crashing" at her place. She does Atkins, and she's every bit as perturbing to be around as her reputation suggests, so there's been a fair amount of stress eating in the last few weeks. Thus, my eating has been only slightly better than "off the mark".

I have no idea what I really weigh, as I have been packing and loading all my stuff into storage, and the scale is already in Storage Pod-Doohickey One. So this is just an estimate, based on how I look in the motel's mirror. Okay, now it's back to the packing...
