I work in IT and most of my days I spend sitting at my desk with very little exercise 😣
I mostly eat organic; although non-strict I'm a vegetarian with an extreme love for spinach and broccoli, I cannot handle processed food since a couple of years now, my stomach simply doesn't process it properly anymore 😕 fortunately I love love to cook and I prepare every single meal of my days. I'm lactose intolerant but I do love cheese and milk 😢 my stomach....again disagrees though.
I hope to find more motivation and strength in my journey going forward, I really want to lose my extra pounds and keep it off forever! 😊
I know we can do it 👊 we just need to focus on what is the most important thing : ourselves and our health!
