I was watching Hungry Girl today and she was using Shirataki noodles, which are apparently no carbs, no fat, and low calorie. Is it allowed on A blood group diet, couldn't find it in my lists. Would be perfect for me cos we eat a lot of pasta.

Totally out of whack today, had a ton of lovely hanepoort grapes, which for the overseas guys are really sweet juicy white ones, I think I had my entire week's '5 a day' in one day. And then rice for supper, with chicken, but still, way too much rice. Bad bad bad.
