Ate a lot of “crap” this week, in too much of a rush which equals more prepared foods. Vegetarian options are usually loaded with sodium and soy so I’m assuming that’s the reason. But hey, progress is still downward.

Portobellos in a maple balsamic glaze, zucchini & summer squash and grape tomatoes. All from the garden. I’m not very good at plate presentation (many of you are phenomenal), but it was still delicious.

Increased my steps and walking speed the past few days and weight sweat right off me. Nearly 19k steps today, but that was from 2hrs mowing the lawn and a 4mi walk.
