Rough Day!! Carb! Carb! Carb! Must be feeling sorry for myself. Chaos at work, barely got the necessities covered. Went home and worked another hour. Failed my 'no more alcohol, no more fast food' rule for Sept. and it's ONLY SEPT. FIRST!!!! AGGGGHHHH!
I'm running away to the country for two days to reset my spirit.

Great doctor appointment, reduced blood pressure medication, eliminated 2 drugs and only one small dose left.. Cholesterol dropped to ‘normal’ . Amazing! All by change to nutrition. Food is medicine.

Taking a cue from Debbie and adding a walk per day. I will increase the distance over time. For now the walk to my favourite cafe is 2.4 miles round trip.
