Something occurred to me today. Dieting isn't about struggle and hardship of giving up all the things you love. Its about learning MODERATION. You really want that sandwich? Well, make it and cut into 4 pieces, supplement with other healthy food items, eat those first so your mostly full and finish it off with a quarter of that sandwich.
You get what you want and end up full without overdoing it. Love learning ways to make myself happy while staying within nutrition requirements and calorie limits.

Good day today, haven't been super hungry. Had a burger with all the toppings no top bun, and pasta salad with fat free italian, black olives and feta. I think I'm going to ditch the "low carb" idea and instead just try to eat healthy while cutting as many sugars out and some carbs out as I can. It's important to be happy while getting thinner, so I'm not going to stress myself out too much as I go.
