Almond flour pancakes with fresh strawberries.
1 cup Almond flour
1 tsp vanilla ext
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
(I added a tsp of splenda, and a tsp of cinnamon as well)
top w/ strawberry

I am ecstatic. Last night I weighed myself and couldn't bring myself to log it at 194.4 so I decided to follow the advice of many on this site, and weigh in the morning before food and after "waking up". 187! 187! Thus is the first significant sign that what I'm doing is working and I'm so happy for that! The positivity was worth it.

Cajun Snapper tonight. Cheated pretty badly with some pizza this morning because it was free...so eating light and healthy tonight. Still trying to ditch soda, but its seriously an addiction for me. Its less about the sugar and more about the carbonation.

Went up today, not sure why but its all good. Started my workout routine today as well, starting with thirty minutes of cardio and toning and when I stop getting winded by that going to up it 10 minutes at a time. I did technically weigh myself an hour after I wait, so I'm blaming that 😂 Anyways good day today. Remembering to stay positive despite what the scale says is 100% key (for me) to dieting.
