How's everyone doing!!?
Am still 100+ lbs away from my goal but wanted to share this dish i saw on one of vinnandleni's videos on YouTube, it's potatoes (i used two, 1 red and 1 golden), eggs (i used 5, swirled), and mozarrella cheese (to taste, or pocket! lol)

Not giving up. Gotta get to the point of being able to work out again... Build muscle then aerobics. Buncha probs w/feet still.
How was everyone's Thanksgiving 2021? I hope well.
