Decided that I’m supposed to be between 140 - 144 pounds because I’m 5’8” (technically 5’ 8+3/4 “).
That means I personally need to lose weight. I am chunky indeed, and it is not good. For me, 135 is good, and 140 is okay; but 145+ is just not good.
“Let’s do this thing!!”

The holidays over the last few months didn’t make too much of a difference (thank goodness!) because I was preoccupied emotionally, but now it’s time to get goin’ on losing some weight for the sake of the extra gush I have.

Realized that there is no time someone is “the best” or “has arrived” because we’re ALL failures! The Bible says, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God...for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 3:23, 6:23) New Years, graduation, marriage, parenthood, etc.—-all do NOT mean official goodness will kick in. Change generally happens whenever you decide to submit/start.
