On a diet again with my mom on our original exercise program! Wish I had lost here thus far more though.

I actually lost the whole 30 (even 40) pounds of weight back in 2012, but I went up and down according to the food tied to my rollercoaster emotions. So, I actually gained bits back over time back and forth and so on. Failed diets since then aside, I am resuming to return where I was in my weight, but this time, to the proper weight with a new mindset.

“Maintaining” is a cycle of going up/down a little bit throughout the month according to life. Eating is for nutrition and enjoyment: just don’t care too much for every morsel for flavor or for every ounce you weigh. Releasing that grip is key to being freed from gluttony, vanity, and the like. Praise Jesus for His deliverance!!
