It is strange seeing and feeling places on my body I had not been in contact with in many years. My balance has changed some too, quite different in such a good way. I still have miles to go.

My sucess is creating interest by others. Their initial sucess is very good. The diet is a bit complicated and so different its hard to get explain to people at first. Once they give it a try, they, so far, are sold. I feel great and look forward to being below 300 pounds for the first time in 25 years.
I praise the Lord and give him all the credit. He showed me the way and made me understand its His body, He created and I only use it in my journey here on earth. This makes me want to take better care of it than I have in the past and now that He has showm me the way He designed our boides and what food (fuel) it is designed for, it's a whole new ballgame. One that it looks like I can play sucessfully. What a great blessing in my life and I hope to bring the blessing to a lot more people.
