I Cant stay motivated!!!!
If you're going to try classes, take your time with them or start at home with workout videos first! Self has some really good ones. Go as slow as you need to and in no time, you'll start pushing yourself to go longer and push yourself more. I do one thats an hour long, I started with just 20mins and now I can do the whole thing! If you need a break stop! The last thing you wanna do is pass out in front of the hot instructor! Razz

I Cant stay motivated!!!!
I am in the exact same boat as you, I lost 40lbs last year and now I am starting to gain some of it back. Pull out some old clothes! A really cute blouse you can't wear anymore or some jeans you gave up on a while back, looking at those all the time is a little help. Remind yourself of how good it felt when you lost that first 30lbs and the memory of how great it felt can be a really good motivator! Very Happy

lifestyle diets?
I agree with the portion control "diet". If you keep trying to limit what you consume you'll evetually get "bored" on rice cakes and grilled chicken. Don't be afraid to eat whatever as long as you're paying attention to how much of it you're eating. Read the labels! It may say "100cal per serving" but theres like 3 servings and the you ate them all at once. Eventually it just becomes second nature and before your know it, you've adapted! Very Happy

Who's sick of chicken?
Chicken can get that way, stupid poultry! >Sad
You can eat meat, it wont kill you. Try steaks. I know everyone says to stay away from the red meat but when you first starting to diet you need variety, later on once youve established a habit of eating healthy you can start limiting. For now try small sirloins or just small cuts. Dont get a Tbone or nothing, and pair it with veggies or over a salad.
