Hello everyone from Istanbul Turkey …. Hope ur keeping well just arrived this morning boiling 32 roasting am going to enjoy the hotel stay for a week eat what I like yum pastries not a fan of meat …. Chicken is good too will see how it goes am delighted planning so self love pampering next week or so moving to my sisters next week for a couple of weeks then am off to Lebanon ( fingers crossed ) sending u all much love xxx

Hello everyone busy day guests coming cooking done feeling hungry so having some plant protein for lunch on its own I need to feel full Richmond meat free sausages are tasty in the oven no added oil so pretty healthy that’s about it really hungry really hungry lately sending u all much love

Hi everyone
Yes I’ve put on some weight but have been over eating not fasting so it’s expected ….i don’t mind the gain can lose it just being ok with everything bought a lovely dress bigger size but in the heat it’s nice to wear baggy stuff in the heat …. Feeling good happy with myself content …. If only I could eat less 😋😂😂

I am binge eating again today haven’t done so in years …. Does stress affect our hunger had about 2000 cal today 🫣🫣🫣
