I am binge eating again today haven’t done so in years …. Does stress affect our hunger had about 2000 cal today 🫣🫣🫣

Hi everyone hope ur keeping well life is a bit hectic busy with mum and her drs appointments trying to organise everything before I travel again …a number of destinations fingers crossed no war in Lebanon I miss it so my friends our home and the sense of community …. No place like it Mount Lebanon is far tension similar to the south of France …. Weather & the atmosphere ….weight loss is slow really need this break it’s been very difficult the past few months …. Pls keep me in your prayers sending u all much love ♥️

Hi everyone hope this post finds u well , am doing ok woke up with bronchitis started antibiotics my Asthma is making it all the more difficult getting on with life mum suffered another set back so to much to my relief today she is on the mend did a lot of spring cleaning today but it’s the tip of the iceberg lots to do
Weight is coming off slowly … am a proper 16 now from a size (22) in March second goal is 70 kgs will see good luck with your weight loss journey keep it fun sending u all much love

Hello everyone hope this post finds u well am in a much better place mentally the last couple of weeks have been hectic weight is dropping slow & steady it will start to slow down am on the half way mark today (75kgs) delighted with the results blood count diet & calorie counting (1000-1200) daily sending u all much love
