I am 28 years old, married for 4 years and have two boys ages 2 and 4 months. I was diagnosed with PCOS and Insulin Resistance 5 years ago, which has made my weight loss efforts extremely difficult. I was always athletic up until 5 years ago; I used to run 20 miles a week, kick box, roller blade, bike...I played basketball in high school and I truly miss being active. I gained nearly 100 lbs in 6-8 months just before being diagnosed with PCOS. The disease made it impossible to get pregnant on my own, so with help of fertility meds, I now have two fun, healthy, beautiful little boys and I want nothing more but to be able to run and play with them. Being over 300 lbs doesn't make keeping up with them easy. I also am going on 30 and I want my 21 year old health and body back!!
