Totally jumped ship last night right before Zumba class...it's so hard to not socially and drink where you work and work out at. The cafe made some pitcher's of Sangria's and next thing I know I've had three before working out. Not having sugar for two weeks...then dehydrate myself with fruit juice and wine is nothing but a toxic overload haha! I'm feeling it this morning.....and time to get back in the boat!

Onward to Day 2 of restarting Phase 1....did very well last night until about 8:00 when I got my cravings. Forgot to buy Ricotta Cheese to curb that, so cheated by eating about 10 ranch doritos. I can't believe how hungry I am with this head cold...actually feel ravenous at times and I really miss working out.

Woke up at 2:30 and couldn't fall back to sleep until 4:00...detox or sickness??
