I quit. This is too much trouble, trying to post the food I eat, trying to find it in this site so I can get it posted. It takes too long to get my food and exercise added to this site. So, thanks for all the encouragement I have received from some of you, and may you all continue to lose the weight you need to lose.

I really don't know how to enter the exercise, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. I worked out on the machines at the gym today, 3 leg and 2 arm machines. Real easy to start with, will work up to more as I go along. Walked for a total of 18 minutes on the treadmill, taking it slow there also.
Bought a pedometer at WM, hope I have it programmed right.

Well, didn't do so good yesterday, did I? Really thought it was a healthy day. Today's another day, huh.
Did do a good workout at the gym, stretched, danced, squatted, marched, etc. Got dizzy and had to hold onto the chair after the first 25 minutes. Total 45 minutes. Only one woman older than me (by looks anyway), but that's ok. I'll do what I can and gain strenght and agility as I go.
My granddaughter in law is manager of the gym, and we love her bunches. She's real encouraging to me, and some of the other women are calling me Grannie because that's what she calls me. That's ok for me.
I'm heading back to the gym in a minute to have Deb get me organized on the machines. I'm determined to lose the weight this time, bad thyroid or not.

Another Monday, another new start on the weight loss
journey. How many, how many starts and fails does this make?
Will go to the gym in about an hour, take the JumpStart class for old women, and try hard to make it through. Back hurts this morning, woke up with a headache, just the joy of getting old, I guess.
