Seems I can't win for losing, not weight, just can't make anything work. If I'm not back aching, I'm stomach aching. Maybe I'll get it right pretty soon.

thought I had just a backache, or sciatica, find I have stenosis of the spine, need to see a specialist to see how to live with this. Looks like maybe walking will be my only exercise for the lower body from now on.

I have been off plan now for so long I know I won't even have a loss at the end of the program. If I wasn't sick, we were going somewhere during the day. Now I have sciatica in both legs and can't do anything but sit in this recliner.
I'll try to get back to program asap.
