*sigh* still stuck. I guess my body is just rearranging itself, since I have been able to fit into size 12/14 lately, but after years oftrying and failing it is difficult to wait it out. I must remain positive...still unable to eat more than 900 calories!

Had a plateau the past couple of weeks, but finally broke through it. It's always disheartening when that happens, but I knew it would just be a matter of time. Also, ran (walked...lol) my first 5K yesterday. It was fun, but I was sooo tired afterward. It's not easy for a 60-year-old to start something like this without training first, but I did it. I walked 17.38 min per mile...something to improve on. That gives me the motivation to beat my own record!
