Atkins Induction Phase
I got the free kit in the mail and followed the pre-printed induction menu pretty much exactly - there were a couple of things I didn't have and substituted something else with the same number of carbs instead. The only advice I have is use your willpower for the first three or four days, if you stick to it you'll find that the cravings will start disappearing after those first few days - at least it did for me! Most of the people I've talked to had the same experience, some of them lost those cravings in the second week or so. But stick to it so you don't have to start all over building up whatever it is that kills those cravings! And take Advantage bars in your purse so that if someone has birthday cake at work and it's killing you, you can just slowly eat an Atkins bar and be just as happy. (Be sure it's one approved for the induction phase). I lost ten pounds on the induction phase, and I don't crave things now (I'm in OWL) at all. It's amazing. Stick with it !!
