I have no choice, but to fess up to this weight gain. It was REALLY hard for me to officially log this weight that I've gained this last month, but I have to be honest with myself.

I was depressed and I binged on a ton of junk food. Cakes, crisps, ice cream, Chinese take away, etc.

I think that I was still feeling the loss of my beloved dog that passed away. I'm ready now to get back on track though, for real. I feel like the black cloud has passed, and I can begin to concentrate on positive things.

Most of the weight gain seems to be fluid retention from the junk food because my legs feel like overstuffed sausages! Time to drink a whole bunch of stinging nettle tea to flush my body and start eating healthy again.

My treadmill has been repaired too, so I have zero excuses when it comes to exercising!

I'm doing my weekly shop tomorrow. There are no biscuits or crisps on the shopping list! 😄
