It's shouldn't be an excuse, but life has really sucked lately.
I knew that the scales wouldn't show me anything that I wanted to see, but I thought that at least I could log it.
Maybe seeing the numbers will force me to behave again!

I've come to the conclusion that there must be something wrong with my scale.
Last week, I "lost" so much weight, despite doing nothing. This week, I "gained" so much weight, despite carefully counting my calories.
Even though I gained weight this week, it's still less than it was 2 weeks ago, which leads me to believe that last week's weigh-in was false.
Ugggh, so much for victory! What can I do? I'm just going to keep going...👍

Don't ask me how it's possible that I lost this much weight in one week, but I did! I stepped on the scale multiple times to ensure that it was true.
I'm guessing the majority of it must be some kind of fluid retention. In any case, I'll take it! 👍😄
