Better to work out at night/morning?
Hi Baccalynnwv, I too have the good intention of getting up at 5am to work out and then don't do it. I think I'd like to get my work out done early in the morning just to get it done because I get so busy (and lazy) that I continue to put off TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. Do you ever feel that way? Perhaps we could friend "buddy" each other and try to motivate one another to meet our personal goal of getting up and getting it out of the way? By the way, congratulations on your 22# loss.
