finally 600 cals in 20min total for the evening 1245 not to shabby with some weights as well...

hit that plato now ... not loosing gained a kilo and no movement from there ... if i create anymore of a calorie deficit i will be living from water and dry bread 🙃 hopefully my body fat percentage goes down and lean muscle up lets see ...
